Nolan's On The Scene column presents philanthropic, arts and culture happenings across Canada in a fresh new light. On The Scene is Canada's only national social column, and appears every Saturday in The Globe and Mail's Pursuits section. From fundraising galas in Toronto, politically charged functions in Ottawa to fashionable goings-on in Vancouver, Nolan travels across the country to report on the major social happenings of the moment.
